The software is written using Ruby on Rails, giving you the power to customize it if needed. The program uses any Relational Database Management System supported by Ruby on Rails such as MySQL and Postgresql. An AJAX user interface makes it intuitive for non-skilled workers. Because it runs as a server application, you can deploy Tarpri Logistics in one computer and allow workers to use other computers through a web browser to connect to the program and update the orders’ status. Tarpri Logistics also uses a loging security system to decide who can make updates and where. Tarpri Logistics can help you save time and give you the power to be informed of your companies’ orders on realtime.
Requirements
- Tarpri Logistics server application must be installed in a computer with Linux or Windows2000/XP operating system.
- Any computer with any operating system with a web browser with javascript enabled (Internet Explorer 6 or above, Firefox 2.0 or above, Safari) can connect to the Tarpri Logistics server application.
